Starting September 8th, 2020 in-person services will resume at the Municipal Office in the hamlet of Warsaw.
Visitors to the office will be greeted with new safety protocols when accessing the Municipal Office. A limit of 2 visitors will be allowed at the front desk at any time. To facilitate this limit, an intercom system has been installed so that visitors arriving in the foyer are able to communicate their arrival with front desk staff. Visitors will be directed to exit the office through the Town Hall.
Face coverings which cover the mouth and nose are mandatory to enter the Municipal Office. Guests are encouraged to use the hand sanitizer dispensers as they enter and exit the office.
Complex matters and meetings will require appointments and may continue to take place virtually. Residents can also continue to access less-complex services remotely. Please call or e-mail to set-up arrangements and appointments.
At this time the State of Emergency will remain in effect to allow staff and Council to quickly respond to changes brought about by COVID-19.
Guests visiting the Municipal Office should expect some delays due to the new safety protocols. The Township of Douro-Dummer thanks residents for their patience and co-operation through-out these challenging months.
